What we do

A hands-on implementation practice with fixed scopes and honest assessment. It starts with a paid assessment that identifies where AI would actually produce measurable value in this specific business and, explicitly, where it would not, with the reasoning shown. Then fixed-price, fixed-timeline implementations of the identified use cases, each with a defined success metric agreed before starting, built on the tools the business already owns wherever possible rather than on a new platform. Documentation and training so the business owns and can run what was built.
